Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Green Traffic Light website and digital learning services.

Last updated: September 11, 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and services operated by Luis Javier Sánchez Astillero, trading as The Green Traffic Light (“TGTL”). The operator’s tax identification number is 48998144W and its registered address is Plaza de Santander, 4, 28943 Fuenlabrada, Madrid, Spain.

You can contact TGTL at info@tgtl.es.

2. What TGTL provides

TGTL provides online educational content, courses, practice tools and related student resources intended to help learners prepare for the Spanish driving theory examination in English.

TGTL is an independent educational service. TGTL is not the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT), is not affiliated with the DGT and does not act on the DGT’s behalf. Our content does not replace the official application, examination or registration procedures of the competent Spanish authorities.

3. No guaranteed result

We provide educational resources and aim to keep them useful and current, but we do not guarantee that you will pass an examination, obtain a licence or achieve a particular result. Your result depends on your preparation, the official examination and circumstances outside TGTL’s control.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. An account is personal to the registered customer. You must not share, resell, copy, scrape, publish or commercially exploit TGTL materials, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.

5. Plans, prices and manual renewal

Plan prices, taxes where applicable, included content and access duration are shown before you place an order. TGTL’s access plans do not renew automatically. Any further access must be purchased through a new, manual order. TGTL will not make an automatic renewal charge.

Payment is completed through the payment method made available at checkout. A contract is formed when TGTL accepts the order and confirms it by email or grants access to the purchased digital service.

6. Digital access and technical requirements

Access is provided to the user account associated with the order for the period stated at checkout. You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection and current browser. We may carry out maintenance, security updates or changes needed to keep the service operating. We will not remove paid access arbitrarily and will address material failures in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions. For digital content or digital services supplied immediately, TGTL may ask you to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the legal conditions for that exception are met.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory statutory rights, including remedies for lack of conformity. Any voluntary refund policy published by TGTL will apply in addition to those rights. To request help, contact info@tgtl.es with your order details. An approved refund may end access to the refunded content.

8. Intellectual property

TGTL or its licensors own the text, videos, graphics, question banks, software and other materials supplied through the service. Subject to payment and these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them personally for educational purposes during your access period. No ownership is transferred.

9. Availability and liability

We take reasonable measures to maintain availability and security, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, TGTL is not liable for indirect loss or for outcomes outside its reasonable control. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

10. Complaints and governing law

Please contact us first so that we can investigate and resolve complaints: info@tgtl.es. These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights granted by the law of your habitual residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order, except where a later change is required by law or benefits you.
