1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files or similar identifiers stored on your device or read by your browser. They can be used to keep a session, remember preferences, secure checkout or measure how a website is used.
2. Essential website cookies
TGTL and WooCommerce may use strictly necessary cookies or session identifiers for login, account security, shopping-cart contents, checkout, payment security and order processing. Without these technologies, requested account and purchase functions may not work. These are used on the basis that they are necessary for the service you request.
3. Preference and measurement cookies
Non-essential analytics, advertising or preference technologies should be activated only after valid consent where required. No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar implementation has been identified in the current local theme/plugin configuration. If TGTL introduces one, this policy and the consent mechanism must be updated first.
4. Third-party content
Some pages embed or link to YouTube videos. Loading an embedded video may allow YouTube or Google to receive technical information such as IP address, browser details and referring page. TGTL also loads Google Fonts from Google-hosted domains. Checkout payment components may load Stripe or another payment provider and may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their processing is governed by their own policies as well as the information in TGTL’s Privacy Policy.
5. Consent and controls
The current local configuration does not contain a dedicated cookie-consent management platform or a granular Accept/Reject/Manage Preferences banner. This page therefore documents the current implementation but does not itself provide a consent mechanism. Before public launch, TGTL should implement a compliant consent layer that blocks non-essential technologies until consent, records the choice, offers withdrawal and provides a persistent “Cookie Settings” control.
You can also restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect login, cart and checkout functions.
6. Contact and updates
For questions about cookies or privacy, contact info@tgtl.es. This policy should be reviewed whenever a plugin, payment provider, embedded service or analytics tool changes.
