(13032) Can cycles tow trailers or semi-trailers?
Listen to your instructor’s explanation
Cycles may tow trailers or semi-trailers for carrying people, animals weighing up to 15 kg, or cargo. The 15 kg limit applies to animals, not to passengers.
The rider must be an adult when transporting passengers or cargo. Applicable technical and safety requirements must be met, and municipal authorities may impose restrictions.
On interurban roads, this is permitted only during daylight and in conditions that do not reduce visibility. The municipal restrictions referred to in Article 154.4 do not apply to these interurban journeys.
